brightstart program

Celebrating who they are, giving them what they need

Nursery through second grade
Brightstart is a program for little learners who need more support than traditional schools can provide. With small class sizes, experienced special educators, and access to a full range of therapies, we focus on giving children the strongest possible foundation for their early years.

A home for the
"in the middle" kids

Brightstart is designed for those whose needs may get overlooked. The ones who tend to fall through the cracks if they’re quiet, or get labeled as troublemakers if they’re not.
"My son wasn’t the kind of kid who would sit in a circle and listen. He wanted to play and move around. He needed more stimulation. His teachers just couldn’t handle him."
"We were told we would need an aide for our son in order for him to be in the classroom. We were scrambling to get opinions and ideas of what would be good."
"My child would probably have had to leave multiple times a week for speech therapy and always be missing out on learning and activities."

Struggling to succeed in a system that's not equipped

When a child's needs aren’t met, everyone feels the frustration — the school, the parents, and most of all the child. Brightstart offers an alternative: an environment that is fully equipped to identify and meet those needs early on. By recognizing and addressing gaps from the start, we set students up to succeed and thrive in their early years and beyond.
